* All engines and transmissions purchased from Engine and Gearbox come with a Parts and Labor Warranty.
* The warranty covers parts and labor costs for any repair or replacement of covered components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
* Coverage periods may vary by product; please refer to your purchase invoice for the specific warranty period.
2. Claim Process:

* You will be required to provide proof of purchase, the vehicle identification number (VIN), and a description of the issue.
* Claims must be made within the warranty period specified on your purchase invoice.
3. Exclusions:
* The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
* Damage resulting from accidents, theft, vandalism, fire, or natural disasters is not covered under any form of warranty.
4. Limitations of Liability:
* We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, towing charges, rental vehicles, or other costs associated with the failure of the covered component.
5. Transferability:
* The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle within the warranty period.
